PCNT Integration Hub

Last updated: 2 October 2026

These Terms of Service apply to the PCNT Integration Hub operated by L & J Arnott Investments Pty Ltd trading as Power Clean NT (“Power Clean NT”, “PCNT”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

1. About the PCNT Integration Hub

The PCNT Integration Hub is an internal business integration and automation platform used by Power Clean NT.

It connects authorised business systems and data sources used by Power Clean NT to support functions including financial administration, operational management, reporting, document processing, workforce administration and business automation.

The Integration Hub may connect with third-party services authorised by Power Clean NT, including QuickBooks Online and other systems used in the operation of the business.

The PCNT Integration Hub is not offered as a public software service and is intended only for Power Clean NT and persons specifically authorised by Power Clean NT.

2. Authorised use

Access to or use of the PCNT Integration Hub is limited to authorised users and authorised system connections.

A user must:

  • have appropriate authority to access the relevant Power Clean NT information and connected system;
  • use the Integration Hub only for legitimate Power Clean NT business purposes;
  • comply with applicable Power Clean NT policies and procedures;
  • protect authentication credentials and access mechanisms from unauthorised use; and
  • not attempt to circumvent security, access controls or other technical safeguards.

Access may be restricted, suspended or revoked by Power Clean NT at any time.

3. Connected services

The Integration Hub may access, receive, process, reconcile, transform or transmit information between systems that have been authorised by Power Clean NT.

Connected third-party services remain subject to their own terms, policies and availability.

Authorisation to connect a third-party service does not transfer ownership of that service or its data to Power Clean NT beyond the rights otherwise held by Power Clean NT.

Where a connected service permits an authorised user or administrator to revoke the Integration Hub’s access, that access may be revoked through the relevant service or by contacting Power Clean NT.

4. QuickBooks Online integration

Where authorised, the PCNT Integration Hub may connect to Power Clean NT’s QuickBooks Online company using Intuit’s authorised application programming interfaces and authentication mechanisms.

Depending on the functions enabled, the Integration Hub may access accounting and business information required for authorised Power Clean NT purposes, including financial transactions, accounts, customers, suppliers, invoices, payments, items and related accounting information.

Information obtained through the integration is used for legitimate Power Clean NT business purposes such as reconciliation, financial administration, management reporting, data quality controls and approved business automation.

Access is limited to the permissions authorised for the integration.

5. Data and privacy

Information processed through the Integration Hub is handled in accordance with Power Clean NT’s Privacy Policy and applicable legal and contractual obligations.

The Integration Hub may process personal information where that information forms part of an authorised business record or is necessary to perform an approved business process.

Power Clean NT applies technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.

Further information is available in our Privacy Policy at:

6. Automated processing

Some Integration Hub functions operate automatically.

Automated processes may include data synchronisation, reconciliation, validation, classification, exception detection, reporting, notifications and other approved administrative or operational processes.

Power Clean NT may apply validation, exception handling, human review and audit controls to automated processes according to the nature and risk of the activity.

Automated processing does not remove any legal or professional requirement for human approval where such approval is required.

7. Availability and changes

Power Clean NT may modify, suspend or discontinue any Integration Hub function where necessary for operational, security, technical, legal or business reasons.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliable operation, continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Availability may also depend on third-party systems outside Power Clean NT’s control.

8. Security

Users must not:

  • attempt unauthorised access;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Integration Hub;
  • introduce malicious software or code;
  • disclose credentials or other protected access information;
  • access information beyond their authorised business role; or
  • use information obtained through the Integration Hub for an unauthorised purpose.

Suspected unauthorised access or security incidents should be reported promptly to Power Clean NT.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the PCNT Integration Hub, its internally developed components, documentation and associated materials are owned by or licensed to Power Clean NT.

Third-party products, services, software and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Power Clean NT does not guarantee that the Integration Hub or any connected third-party service will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, condition or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law.

11. Termination and disconnection

Power Clean NT may terminate a user’s access or disconnect an integration where access is no longer required, authorised or appropriate.

Disconnecting a service does not necessarily delete business records that Power Clean NT is legally, operationally or contractually required to retain.

12. Changes to these Terms

Power Clean NT may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Integration Hub, connected services, business practices or legal requirements.

The current version will be published on this page together with its last-updated date.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Northern Territory, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia.
